Anna became Heartland PCA's Administrator in August of 2020. Anna strives for success in every challenge she encounters, a quality that developed at a young age. She became the youngest Cross-country runner in her high school to go to state, and then worked hard to qualify for the Junior Olympics, successfully running under a five -minute mile.
Anna decided to further her education at the college of St. Scholastica where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Minor in Communication.
She became part owner-manager of her family's meat market and then, when she decided it was time to expand her management skills, invested in multiple rental properties. Anna also entered the home care field in 1993 and never left. She had discovered her true passion and helped grow a company from eleven clients to hundreds. She says that the everyday caregiving and personal relationships is what she enjoys the most.
Having a passion for travel, Anna, and her family of four kids, were fortunate to have the opportunity visit many places, anywhere from Canada to Costa Rica. However, her favorite adventure was the time she traveled to Ireland while studying abroad in college. Although a world traveler, Anna still enjoys sitting out in the sun with an iced tea during the short summers of Minnesota.
Determined and excited for the continued growth of this company, Anna would like to leave you with this as her goal: To be successful, you have to use each day as an opportunity to improve, to be better, to get a little bit closer to your goals. It might sound like a lot of work - and with a busy schedule, next to impossible. But the best part is, the more you accomplish, the more you'll want to do and the higher you'll want to reach. So, as long as you have the hunger for success, you will always have the power within you to achieve it.
Lynnette has been with Heartland PCA since April 2013. Prior to the home care field she worked for non-profits and in the accounting field. She enjoys playing volleyball whenever possible and watching documentaries and any shows about nature. She hopes to go on an African Safari someday.

After obtaining a Practical Nursing Degree (LPN) from Lebanon Technical Community College (Lebanon, Missouri) in 2006 I worked for Oxford Homecare in Springfield, Missouri until moving to Orlando, Florida in 2008. In 2009 I settled in Sandstone, Minnesota and have since made this wonderful area my home. In 2010, I married a very lucky man, and we now reside just outside of sandstone with our four children. I completed my Associates of Science in Nursing (RN), from Excelsiors College (Albany New York) in February of 2020 (I know, I know, we do not mention that year). Since moving to Minnesota, I have been employed by Essentia Health (then Sandstone Medical Center) as a Long-Term Care Charge Nurse, Fairview Pine City (then Pine City Area/Braham Area Clinic) as a Clinic and Urgent Care Nurse, and most recently St Clare Living Community of Mora as a Long Term and Transitional Care Nurse until 2019 before moving into the role of Staff Development as a Nurse Educator before finding Heartland PCA in December of 2021. My outside activities and hobbies include various crafts, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, gardening, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, as well as keeping my goats, chickens, rabbits, my husband, four boys and various other critters on my hobby farm alive. I have served as an election judge, and a delegate for a local equestrian club. I have a strong work ethic and take pride in the fact that I am from, and live in, a small rural community. I look forward to one day continuing to further my education to better serve the community.
