Renée Graves joined the Heartland team in December 2018, taking the role of Administrator Jan. 1, 2019. She began her career in human services by becoming a nursing assistant after high-school and working at nursing homes, typically on memory-care units. She then began working in residential adult foster care as a house manager, serving individuals affected by brain-injuries, mental illness, and other disabilities. In 2009, she transitioned to working with children, including serving as a supervisor at a crisis-shelter for children and as a children's program coordinator at a domestic violence shelter. Most recently, Renée worked as a patient educator at a non-profit healthcare clinic from 2016 until joining the staff of Heartland PCA.
Renée completed an A.A. at Lake Superior College in Duluth, MN. She then went on to earn both a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Health and Wellness Management from the University of Wisconsin, Superior. A mother of two, Renée says, "I am excited to bring all of my experience and education to the Heartland PCA community. I look forward to getting to know the staff and clients we serve while creating a stronger, healthier, and more vibrant culture within the company!"
Tiffany started at Heartland PCA's Duluth office as Office Assistant in December 2016, having held various jobs in the medical field since 2002, including the Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, WI for 9 years, in homecare and office scheduling. The birth of her niece in 2012 brought her back to Duluth. In January of 2019, she was promoted to Office Coordinator at HPCA and then Branch Manager in September 2019. Tiffany adopted her daughter out of foster care in 2018 when she was a year old, having had her since she was 4 weeks old. In her spare time Tiffany loves reading murder mystery books & watching true crime documentaries, going to country music concerts, spending time with her girls: Brianna (daughter) and Myla (niece), bowling (although not very well!), camping in the summer, and traveling-her favorite destination is Las Vegas. "Until I started working for Heartland PCA, it had been a few years since I was able to say that I love my job and I love working here! The relationships with my coworkers, our PCAs and the clients make it worthwhile."
Lynnette has been with Heartland PCA since April 2013, in the role of Branch Manager for the Finlayson office. Prior to the home care field she worked for non-profits and in the accounting field. Lynnette has four kids who keep her busy with a variety of activities. During her free time she enjoys the outdoors, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Mary Kaye is the Branch Manager of the Hibbing office. She started working for Heartland in April of 2006. During her time here, Mary Kaye has held two other positions, as a scheduler and in human resources. Mary Kaye says, "In all my years of working here, I have enjoyed working with all the staff and serving our clients. Each and every day is a new experience and there is never a dull moment at Heartland PCA." When not working, Mary Kaye is at the lake enjoying camping, boating, campfires, and relaxing with friends and family including her husband Paul, 3 children Kayla, Taylor, & Mike, and 2 sons-in-law, Mark and Cole.
